Shubin is an authentic mythical character from the eastern Ukrainian region, Donbas. This spirit is a defender of miners. He warns them of the danger of collapses, helps with hard work, and shows the way out of dungeons and blockages. However, if he gets angry, he can lead you into an underground labyrinth with no way out. He can also take revenge on the miners’ offender.
Shubin guards underground treasures, he can either hide them from people, or give wealth by showing rich deposits. His “brothers” are Skarbnik from Poland and Kobold from Western Europe. Shubin is the “youngest” mythical character of Magic World. He represents the archetype of the searcher and researcher.
