Veselytsia is a Ukrainian mythical character who fills clouds with water and controls a rainbow. She was portrayed as a young woman in bright clothing, belted with a rainbow sash. Veselytsia drew water for the clouds from rivers, lakes and wells. She could suck in frogs and stones with water, which afterwards fell down like rain. People believed that Veselytsia could lift even a giant.
It was believed that Veselytsia could give beauty to the girls who asked her about it. Therefore, in Magic World, Veselytsia personifies the archetype of a sensual woman (Anima), a young kind beauty.
