The second season of the show dedicated to Ukrainian mythology has now premiered. This season, titled “Encyclopedia of Ukrainian Mythology,” presents twenty-seven enthralling tales about extraordinary characters and astonishing phenomena. Some of these characters are widely recognized, while others you may be hearing about for the first time, but all of them are remarkably vivid and well worth your fascination.

  • The show is authored and hosted by the writer, Nick Lysytsky, who also serves as the head of the public organization “Magic World UA.”
  • The project’s academic advisor is Olesia Naumovska, a folklorist with a Ph.D. in Philology. She also holds the position of associate professor and heads the Folklore Department at the Faculty of Philology at Taras Shevchenko National University.

Just as in the previous year, this project is made possible with the generous support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
